BISHKEK - President Abdullah Gül continued yesterday to give messages on the Kurdish issue. There can be no bargaining with a terrorist organization, Gül told the journalists accompanying him during his visit to Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.

 If there is violence, he said, the challenges increase to raise the standards of democracy.

Gül’s statements on the issue of terrorism and the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK, were seen as significant ones. Reporters recalled the president’s previous statements on the Kurdish issue, in which he said that there is a historical opportunity to resolve the problem and that a preliminary package with five or six articles is being prepared. "There is nothing that has emerged at the moment," Gül responded.

"Certainly those will not be solved with violence. What I say is clear. As much as time passes on this issue, it brings more problems," Gül said, adding that everyone has responsibilities in forging a solution to the problem. "The media, scientists, intellectuals, and definitely political parties Ğ especially the governing party Ğ have responsibility. As far as I can see, Turkey is in a working atmosphere like this."

When reporters asked whether the PKK should make a contribution to this process, Gül said that they should. "All the political parties in Parliament should make contributions. Everyone has a responsibility. This is everyone’s problem," he said, adding that the issue should be resolved in a positive way with a maturity that suits Turkey.

    On 26th May, 2009 the former president of the Republic of Turkey  came to Kyrgyzstan. 
   
                   Today, on May 28, he visited the Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University for 20-30 minutes. Our university officials , professors and students met him with great enthusiasm and love. Everyone was waiting for him for hours and even days. ..

                  It seems, that everything going on its own way. It is about the cooperation between two countries, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. In his 10-15 minutes speech, Mr. President said: " Kyrgyzstan is our homeland, where were born our  ascendants. It is a land, where the whole turkish civilization was born and started to flourish...Kyrgyzstan and Turkey allways were brothers, and will remain them. Ii is my second visit to Kyrgyzstan, but the first  visit as a President.  I visited here in 2005. Since that year it seems everything had changed and had become more stronger..." Also, he noticed that the cooperation in the field of education is gving its best results and added: " The K-T Manas University is becoming bigger,  the buildings are being built, the education level is becoming more qualitive. I think, the Manas University will become the most popular and best university in the world in the near future. This university is "A Gold Bridge", that ties our countries. It is the unievrsity where study all our brothers. I am very proud of it."

                In his further speech he dedicated to the cooperation in economic and political fields. He said:"Kyrgyzstan is a young country with a good potential, but it needs in help. We are brothers, and Turkey will allways help Kyrgyzstan in its initiatives as it was before, since Kyrgyzstan became an independent republic. There are a lot of things to learn and gain from us, i.e. from turkish people and we are allways glad to share them with you. And, of course, there are a lot of things to learn from kyrgyz people, and we are proud of gaining their experience..."

             As was written in www.mgncapital.com, there came over 115 businessmen and delegates from Turkey with the former president. It seems, there would be a very significant pourings of money to our country's economy, especially in the field of business and manifacture. 

            The visit of Abdulla Gul definitely will give a stimulus to endorse and develop the economy of Kyrgzystan in the addition to the development of turkish civilization. Abdulla Gul gave reassures to our country, and it is a good effort.

Kyrgyzstan is a small country, but has a young potential labor market and the emerging small and medium –sized and individual business sector. Small and medium-sized business and enterprise help the country to develop the whole economy and solve the social and economic problems, provides the labor market with work and employment, the market with provisions and nonfoods via setting up as the businesses, especially in the trade and the service fields. Unfortunately it is a fact, that there are fewer opportunities to launch the production and manufacture in Kyrgyzstan. But we have to lead the trade and service field and have to develop them.

But nowadays the entrepreneurship and the business as one of the prioritized fields of economy are facing a lot of problems and losing their power under the interference of the government. The government has a lot of instruments and mechanisms to control and interfere to the work of businessmen and individual enterprises. One of the most important and effective mechanisms in stimulating the business process in the country is the tax system. The country’s tax system doesn’t work effectively and doesn’t ensure the development of the business, opposite it makes it weaker and more unprofitable. How? For example, on October 2008 was signed the new Tax Code of Kyrgyzstan, which became the main field of discussions among the people, business sector and the whole society. It became problematic, because it included a lot of unexplained and unexpected statements. There weren’t given accurate and coherent determinations for some words as “income”, “individual enterprise”, “business sector fields”, “resident and non-resident” and etc. It is not the main cause of the discussions. After signing the code there were made a lot of changes pertaining to the patent system, basic tax system and taxation processes, which indisposed the middle class against the government. The patent system which is one of the most liked and loved by businessmen and individual enterprises very soon is going to be removed from the way and everyone will have to work with the general tax system. The general tax system means paying the taxes from income, both corporate and individual, also the Value Added Tax, purchase tax and etc. So, at least everyone who has his own business and leads his small company will have to share his small income with government and leave a few for his later business and reinvestigation. The businessmen who will not have other opportunities to pay the whole taxes in complexity will have to close or shut down their business. They will do it exactly, because there would be no another ways to pay taxes. If they will try to avoid taxes and to conceal some part of their incomes they will be called as “economy swindlers or offenders”. But, they know that it is better to work legally and important to not conceal their incomes. Because every businessman who started his own business from smaller hills one day will decide to achieve higher hills and at least the highest apexes. He will try to broaden his business step by step. If he will try to conceal his income and avoid taxation he will go back or remain as he started. Illegal and fictive documents will be the main obstacles while expanding the field of their business. There would be no opportunities to be known among the other societies, will have no chances to market and service other markets except their own market. While trying to launch the partnership with other international companies or individuals there would be serious requests from the side of partners and governments. You see the illegality of business is not that what the business wants. But the government is leading business to that.

What does the government have to do? It has to change the whole tax system and rewrite the Tax Code. The government needs to identify its obligations and the borders of its activities. Give more opportunities to small and medium-sized and individual business sector to expand their field of work thus increasing its role in the making country’s economy.

          A few days ago I had a chance to watch a  video about the current finacial crisis and  gained a lot of information about mysteries of US Government. But hesitate to believe in half of the video dramas, because don't know and hadn't even heard before.
           
           I didn't know anything about the new infos and didn't even recognize. Because, there were too much unbelieved and unexplained mysteries for me. For example, I didn't really know, that the FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) had produced over 800 thousand plastic coffins for Concentration Camp. 

       I need in an accurate and objective answers for the following questions:

         What is FEMA? What does this organization do?Mission? Strategic goals?
         Why is this organization planning Concentration camps?What do the need in them for? Who are the victims or participants of such camps?
         Why do the need so much coffins and for whom?
         Is there really coming American Holocaust?
         There is fact explained in videos that US Government is implicated in this works. But how and when? Is it really planning such kind of camps?
          .................

         I don't know how much questions I will ask  further but these facts and information made me really so much curious about the future of America. I think it would be better if I will know the truth. I was allways for PROSPERITY, INTEGRITY AND THE TRUTH! If it is a bitter truth I am not afraid of it. If that was invented by someone insane or reaaly terroric  I will be glad. It might be possible...

                Статья в Общестенном рейтинге, на мой взгляд вполне понятная и по логической сути, правильная.

                Только, интересно, на каком основании Россия предоставила материальную помощь КЫргызстану? На кой чёрт ей КЫргызстан нужен? 

               Думаю, что надо покопаться в исторических архивах, чтобы понять столь огромную привязанность двух братьев. Не трудно, конечно, и не нужно. И так понятно, что хотят приписать всем мнение о том, что КЫргызстан без большого брата не выживет.  Сестра тут просто не сможет помочь!

                    И в СССРе были братьями, и в капитализме братья, и в далёком будущем тоже будут братьями. Только, сможет ли Россия все своим братишкам постсоветского пространства обещать светлое будущее, когда последние сидят и ждут поддержки хоть любой и сами ничего не придпринимают в прямом смысле слова? Ради брата могут больше не придавать значения сестре, могут даже выдворить из дома свою большую сестру, лишь бы брат был рядом и кормил. А сестра, не беспокойтесь, она позаботится о себе самой. В крайнем случае, есть куда идти. Можно замуж выйти, за любимого или нелюбимого, не имеет значения. Однако, время сейчас не такое, как в СССРе. Каждый за себя, за свой желудок и карманный достаток борется. Даже, как иногда выражаются "брат брату не брат". Россия тоже о своем думает и борется за свое место под солнцем! Только каких стратегий он придерживается, кроме нее самой никому не знать и не нужно знать, особенно "братишкам"! 
              А сестры тут вообще не нужно!  Она сама придет, чтобы помочь своим братишкам, когда она сможет. Ведь у сестер обычно сердце доброе бывает, хоть и немножко хитренькое! Ведь старший брат и старшая сестра всегда в начале друзья, потом когда младшие подрастают- конкуренты, а потом те вообще подрастут, взрослые будут, обратно помирятся, и останутся навеки друзьями. А младшие сами выберут своих друзей!

               Думаю в скорем будущем рассказать про историю большого брата, большой сестры и братишки, но уже более значительную на политическом фоне.

On 14th April, around 5 p.m. was killed Sanjarbek Kadyraliev, the parlamientary deputy and the vice-president of the Pankration Federation of Kyrgyz Republic.  His body was found near the cafe BAysuu, intersection of Ibraimova and Bokonbaeva streets in Bishkek. According to the mass-media information he was shot in the back of the head by a Makarov gun.

According to some sources it seems he belonged to one criminal group while another sources inform that it is business. Anyone doesn't think and  even suppose that it would be because of his political career. But, there isn't any new and accurate information and evidencies about his non-intervention in odious political business.

Who could be the defender of the government officials against such a humiliating our country"s image barbarity?

Where is the truth? Who will fight for it?

Who will be the next victim of political criminality?...

There are too many questions without  answers...
